A time for senior members of our community to enjoy with others.
Holiday at Home 2023
Wednesday 13th to Saturday 16th September 2023
A programme of treats and activities for senior people who may not be able to go away on holiday.
Activities will include lunch, talks, crafts, music, a chance to chat, games and an outing.
You can come for all four days or just for some of it.
Cost and transport
Holiday at Home costs £7 a day, including transport, lunch and refreshments for the first three days. There is no charge for the celebration tea on Saturday. Transport will be provided for the outing.
Transport to St Leonard’s and St Peter’s church can be arranged.

Ask for and fill out a Registration Form and give it to your church coordinator(s) for Streatham Senior Connections. At St Peter’s that is: Jo Hutton, Angela Newby or Winston Trotman.

Day 1: Wednesday 13th September
St Leonard’s Church, Tooting Bec Gardens, Streatham, SW16 1HS
10.30am to 3.30pm

- 2.30pm Songs on Wheels
- 3pm Tea
- 3.30pm Finish
Day 2 – Thursday 14th September
Visit Day
9.30am Meet at St Leonards Church
9.30am to 4pm
- Depart at 10.00am prompt
- Mini bus to Waterloo (The London Eye)
- Uber Bus River Boat trip to Greenwich Museum and Park, lunch, visit the gift shop.
- Depart from Greenwich at 3.00pm sharp
- Arrive back at St Leonards at 4.00pm
Day 3 – Friday 15th September
