Beating the Bounds

This is a gentle walking event. We have 3 separate routes of about an hour’s duration. You only need to cover one route!
We will all start at the church and finish at the Vicarage. The main aim is to enjoy a walk with friends but if you would like to ‘sponsor’ yourself, we suggest a
donation of £5 per person. If you can get your friends and family to sponsor you too, all the better! Any proceeds will go to church funds. Please hand to Jo Hutton when collected.
Timings:
- assemble at St Peter’s at 10.30 am. Maps with route descriptions will be provided.
- gather at the Vicarage around 12.30
- all walkers then proceed together to St Margaret the Queen church, Barcombe Avenue, arriving by 1.00 pm.
At St Margaret’s, we will meet up with a party from Christchurch, Streatham, for a short service of thanksgiving and prayers. Tea and coffee will be available, but you should please bring your own packed lunch.
